Return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with a free return label. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless an error was made by Braswell & Son.

All Braswell & Son tags must remain attached and all included accessories (i.e. dust bag, box, authenticity card) that were shipped with the item must be returned to receive a full refund.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items marked as 'Final Sale' in the description are not eligible for returns.
